Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Overview: GrowGeneration is one of the largest retailers of hydroponic products in the United States and is engaged in the business of marketing and distributing horticultural, organics, lighting, and hydroponics products, including lighting fixtures, nutrients, seeds and growing media, systems, trays, fans, filters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, timers, instruments, water pumps, irrigation supplies and hand tools.
Position Reports To: Director of Marketing
Salary Range: $75K-$90K/year DOQ
Purpose of Position: Responsible for managing the production of videos by planning shoots, organizing schedules, hiring talent, and setting budgets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop, and produce high-quality video content specifically designed for social media and paid advertising
- Work closely within the Creative and Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and target demographics, ensuring content aligns with these goals
- Stay up to date on trends and advancements in social media platforms, adapting content strategies to leverage new features and opportunities
- Manage the entire production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, ensuring timely delivery of content
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to brainstorm innovative ideas for video
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for content optimization
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice
- Other duties as specified by supervisor
Requirements:
- Must be located in Los Angeles CA, remote work not an option
- Experience shooting high quality TikTok Videos or Instagram Reels is REQUIRED

- Bachelor’s degree (not required)
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in video production and content creation
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Facebook, Instagram YouTube, and their respective audiences
- Demonstrated ability to create mobile-first content that engages and captivates users
- Excellent storytelling skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more.
