AKDM, the business intelligence practice of Work & Co, is a leader in delivering digital growth strategies guided by data, analytics, and business intelligence. We work with a range of clients spanning niche players to industry leaders across e-commerce, financial services, travel, entertainment, and consumer packaged goods.
About the Role:
- Plan and execute effective campaigns across paid search and social platforms.
- Implement and optimize platform strategies for clients across various platforms including Google, Microsoft Ads, Facebook (Meta), Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and more.
- Oversee audience targeting strategies, creative setup, and tracking for all campaigns.
- Oversee keyword builds, copy approval, and feed management for shopping campaigns (if applicable).
- Maintain open and productive communications with platform and vendor partners to ensure high-standard campaigns.
- Ensure thorough completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by client/internal processes.
- Analyze performance data, providing meaningful insights and considering the larger business needs of clients.
- Build client relationships through goal achievement, meetings, and team calls.
- Assist in the invoice reconciliation/bill-pay process.
- Share new knowledge, learnings, test findings, and opportunities with the larger paid media team.
- Take responsibility for the professional development of paid strategists and participate in performance reviews.
- Support senior management with team mentorship and training.
- Communicate effectively and confidently with internal and external teams regarding channel goals and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to expand knowledge of SEO, BI, analytics, and client service.
- Participate in internal and external trainings to enhance channel growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in overseeing and managing people.
- 4+ years of experience in paid search and paid social campaign management, including in-depth knowledge of Google, Bing, and various social media platforms and understanding of the full paid media ecosystem and how your channels work with others (display and video, etc.)
- 3+ years of practiced experience in the following platforms: Google adwords (certification(s) necessary), Microsoft ads, Search ads 360, Doubleclick campaign manager, Google analytics, Tiktok ads, Meta ads (Blueprint certification(s) preferred), Snap ads, Linkedin ads, Pinterest ads, Reddit ads, IAS (or similar verification tool), Adobe omniture optional, App measurement tools optional
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end development, including customizing templates for popular content engagement platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Drupal, and more.
- Experience with one or more data visualization tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, or Data Studio.
- You love to figure out ways to automate work processes and have some familiarity with cloud data (BigQuery, AWS, etc.).
- Experience working in a startup environment with exceptional multi-tasking and context-switching capabilities

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
