U.S. Ski & Snowboard is seeking a Director, Partnership Marketing. This is a full-time, beneficial position eligible for our full benefits package including medical insurance and retirement. SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE The Director, Partnership Marketing is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of all the Account Manager (AM) activities within assigned partner accounts. Leading the team to deliver the highest level of client service while at the same time acting as a consultant to ensure that effective programs are created and implemented across the enterprise. Candidate must have experience flourishing in rapidly evolving industries and environments and possess exceptional project management, problem solving, analytical, and relationship building skills. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Managing positive relationships with External Partners and Internal Shareholders Effectively present information to sponsors and internal team members and effectively answer any questions that arise. Manage and support the Account Managers as well as maintain day-to-day contact with the clients including:
Weekly calls Liaise with internal staff Issue resolution Oversight of asset delivery Account Management Facilitate special requests
Manage relationships with and strategy around data provided by Nielsen and HookIt Fostering a supportive growth environment for Account Managers, ensuring career growth and development Act with fiscal responsibility for the day-to-day management of program budgets and ensure that sponsor promotions are within budget Serve as an escalation point for internal and external process management Ensure the approval of creative delivery Work cross-functionally with Creative and Communications Departments to fulfill branded content and social deliverables Responsible for the oversight of our Partner Patch Program on Uniforms and direct relationships with our Official Outerwear Partner. Work closely with High Performance staff on Uniform Delivery Provide strategic oversight of contractual delivery Manage SalesForce database and create/update partner profiles. Oversee partner hospitality events. Work with Account Managers to strategize and implement weekly reporting, season-long wrap-reports Commercial asset inventory management (on-site and traffic inventory for broadcast) Identify new inventory opportunities Manage on-site partner activations Support renewal and upsell efforts of current partner contracts and provide insights based on market research as well as information gathered from partner conversations, history, and relationships. May require work on weekends, nights, holidays, and on-call basis. COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE Must have 8+ years of experience in partnership management/commercial role.
