Primary Function:
The Marketing Communications Associate II will support the Director of Marketing across the range of activities including Sales & Trade Show Support, Visual Collateral Development, Creative Services, Packaging, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Merchandising, Report Development, Content Marketing Initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

In addition, they must be action oriented and can show a track record of starting projects and seeing them through to completion. 2-4 Year of professional work experience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Collect and maintain product data/attributes.Own the Creative Service Request process.With supervision manage outsourced creative asset development process.Use Adobe Creative Suite to make updates to packaging, sales collateral, and content for online channels.With minimal supervision develop material for sales presentation (product boxes, samples, presentations).With supervision copywrite and copyedit sales collateral, product brochures.Monitor online reviews and respond when appropriate.Support tradeshow event marketing and attend when necessary.With guidance prepare reports (web analytics, sales data, ad performance, product reviews) with some data analysis.Maintain the product roadmap for the assigned brands.With supervision create materials to support new product's go-to-market activities.Own projects from concept to completion with some oversight.
Requirements:Bachelor degree or equivalent is required. Marketing degree is preferred.Exceptional attention to detail is required.Copywriting and copyediting skill.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred.Experience working in tools / hardware / trades category preferred.Work history in B2B or B2C required - manufacture side preferred.Proven success working on multiple projects with unique deadlines simultaneously.Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.A solutions-focused approach to work.Up to 10% travel required.
