Job Summary The Marketing and Outdoor Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting the center’s services, building relationships with referral sources, and increasing awareness of the center’s programs in the community. This role combines strategic marketing initiatives with direct, in-person engagement to drive client referrals and establish strong community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Community Outreach: Identify and engage with key community stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, nonprofits, and other organizations. Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and educational workshops to promote the center’s service Sales and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, such as hospitals, physicians, therapists, and case managers. Conduct in-person visits to potential referral sources to educate them about the center’s services and establish partnerships. Track and follow up on referral leads to ensure client acquisition and satisfaction. Marketing Strategy Execution: Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific populations and communities. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Social media campaigns Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referral sources, and client acquisition metrics. Provide regular reports to leadership on outreach efforts, sales performance, and market insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, marketing, or outreach, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field. Familiarity with behavioral health services, terminology, and community resources is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
