Overview
Provide onboarding and optimization support through 1:1 education and online training, along with setting up and optimizing campaigns for new and existing Advertisers.Understand performance advertising and use various tools and techniques to fix campaign set-up with a focus on improving and managing campaign performance.Provide input to improvise existing standard work instructions (SOPs) and ensure no deviations from the standard operating procedures.Engage with advertisers and in-country Account Managers to understand their advertising goals and expectations from the program.Lead kickoff calls with advertisers and drive discussions using a preset agenda.Respond promptly and accurately to advertiser queries and help them resolve issues regarding their campaigns.Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions.Identify opportunities to improve Amazon Advertising’s product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products.Analyze account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimization solutions to increase efficiency and meet clients’ KPIs.Prepare documents around best practices, SOPs, and frameworks for innovations.Mentor new joiners and bring them up to speed with regards to program and process.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Excel.Graduate Degree with Advanced German language skill (minimum B2.2 or above).Proven work experience of 4-6 years in sales/marketing efforts (performed role of an individual contributor for 2 years is an advantage).Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
