Adecco is looking to hire a Part Time Telemarketer for their client in Norwalk,CA. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Representative to contact potential and existing customers, promote our products/services, and manage sales interactions using CRM software. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, goal-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools to track engagement and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers using provided scripts and call guides.Promote products/services, explain benefits, and answer questions to generate interest or close sales.Schedule follow-up calls and set appointments for sales representatives when needed.Enter, update, and manage customer information and call activity in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).Achieve daily and weekly performance targets including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead lists and campaign strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role.Proficiency with CRM software (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.Comfortable working with targets and quotas.Schedule-3days a week 8am-4:30pPay Rate-$17-$19If interested please send in your most updated resume to Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
