Our client, a leader in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer specializing in packaging and product design . This role will lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, innovative packaging designs that enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a passion for developing visually compelling packaging solutions that align with the brand’s identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in packaging and graphic design, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry.
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and digital rendering tools.
In-depth knowledge of packaging materials, print production, and finishing techniques .
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout for product packaging.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field .
Experience working with Figma and project management software .
Familiarity with sustainable packaging innovations and eco-friendly materials.
Prior experience with in-house packaging engineers and primary component development .
Compensation: $40- $60/Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
