Our client, a large cloud computing company in NYC, is looking for a Paid Media Manager for an 8-month maternity leave cover. This role with help to oversee and optimize their paid media campaigns across social, search, and display. In this role, you will manage campaign execution, budgets, and deadlines while ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. You will work closely with their agency of record and internal teams, managing all paid media efforts within Workfront to ensure smooth workflows and effective performance tracking. A key part of your role will be compiling, analyzing, and presenting performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness. Prior experience working with B2B clients is a huge plus.
- This is an 8-month maternity leave contract that requires 3-days/week onsite in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across social, search, and display platforms.
- Monitor and track budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and financial constraints.
- Communicate campaign timelines, budgets, and performance updates to key stakeholders.
- Manage all paid media workflows and approvals within Workfront.
- Collaborate with the agency of record to ensure best-in-class execution and performance of paid media initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Identify and implement new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of paid media campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across social, search, and display.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and experience working with B2B clients (preferred).
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on media performance.
- Proficiency in Workfront or similar project management tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of digital advertising best practices and emerging trends.
