We are currently seeking a Sign Fabricator with 3 years of experience (with at least 1 year in the signage industry), with a particular focus on finish work, to join our skilled team. As a Sign Fabricator with a specialization in finish work, you will be a vital part of our production team, responsible for delivering top-quality custom signs and graphics to our clients. Your expertise in finish techniques will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless appearance and functionality of our products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with a highly talented group of professionals.
Sign Fabricator Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble custom signs and graphics in accordance with design specifications.
Execute precise finish work, including painting, laminating, vinyl application, and other finishing techniques.
Maintain a keen eye for detail and consistently uphold the highest quality standards.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot fabrication equipment and tools.
Work closely with design and production teams to meet project deadlines.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Sign Fabricator Qualifications:
~3 years of experience in sign fabrication, with a strong focus on finish work.
~ MIG Welding expertise
~ Proficiency in the use of fabrication equipment, tools, and various finishing materials.
~ Strong knowledge of finish techniques, such as painting, laminating, and vinyl application.
~ Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-tier work.
~ Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
~ Strong communication skills.
~ A positive attitude and genuine passion for the sign and graphics industry.
