Role Description

An Executive Producer that can invest or find investors $1,000 - $20,000 for our upcoming feature short we are set to shoot (In-Production) at the end of March 2025. Listed below is what the investor (Executive Producer) will receive:

• Return on Investment (ROI): Investments of approximately $5,000 are projected to yield a foundational support level, potentially viewed as a donation—it may not yield significant financial returns due to not covering extensive marketing costs.
• Immediate ROI key factors: We possess established distribution through our proprietary streaming service generating recurring revenue.
• Tax Write-Off Incentives: If the investor has a business and chooses to invest through it, the business can be listed as a main sponsor of the film, allowing for potential tax deductions.
• State Incentives - New Mexico: Non-resident investors can capitalize on New Mexico's film incentive program, offering valuable tax offsets.
• Section 181 of the U.S. Tax Code: Allows investors to deduct production costs in the U.S. up to a certain limit in the year the expenditure is made.
• Depreciation Benefits: Investments in filmmaking can occasionally be written off as depreciable business assets.
• Higher Investments Benefit: Larger contributions direct more funds toward extensive marketing efforts, enhancing potential returns.

Investor Acknowledgements & Extra Benefits

• Executive Producer Credit: The Investor will receive an Executive Producer credit in the film, on IMDb, and all related promotional materials.
• Public Recognition: The Investor will be mentioned in promotional materials, press releases, and other public forums.
• Event Participation and Invitations: The Investor is entitled to invitations for all screenings, premieres, and red carpet events.
• More Investor Recognition: The Investor will be acknowledged in speeches, interviews, and other public discussions relating to the film.
• Updates: The Investor shall receive regular scheduled updates on the project's status.
