Hands on Training

Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and acquire new business clients through various channels, including 95% phone conversations with clients looking for Policy Proposals: Develop customized insurance solutions and present them to potential and existing clients. ( We will Train you!)

Collaborative Teamwork: ( NOT Required - We provide you with all the tools to sell and maximize your Income!).

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and products to offer comprehensive advice to clients. We will train you on this as well..

Licensing: Valid California Property & Casualty License preferred. We can help get you licensed..

Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales, particularly in commercial lines.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Sales Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals.

Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products.

Network: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
