Job Overview We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at The Knack Inc. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. This is a mid-level position based in Sterling, Virginia, United States. The employment type for this role can be Hybrid, Contract, Contract-To-Hire, or Full-Time, depending on the candidate's preference and suitability. Qualifications and Skills 4 to 6 years of experience in UX/UI design. Proficiency in using Figma software for design prototyping and collaboration. Strong knowledge of web design principles and best practices. Ability to create wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms. Good understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Design visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure the usability and accessibility of the applications by following industry best practices and guidelines. Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance throughout the development process. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
