Primary Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive UI/UX design strategies across projects
Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes
Conduct UX research and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior
Implement accessibility design principles and perform thorough testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile/scrum environment to deliver exceptional user experiences
Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members
Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across products
Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Visio
Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and Angular
Experience working with Design Systems
Familiarity with JIRA for task tracking and documentation
Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
Experience working in agile/scrum development environments
Strong communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
