Location:
Remote (Candidate must reside in the United States and be available for on-site visits when required)
On-Site Requirement:
The candidate must physically report to the 5th floor of The Keystone Building (400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120) for first-day processing, badging, and equipment pickup. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the candidate. On-site visits require a minimum of one week (five workdays) notice.

UX/UI Designer
to collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Architects to define and implement innovative solutions for project direction, visuals, and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, user research, and accessibility standards, working within an Agile/Scrum development environment. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Architects to define and implement innovative design solutions. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the technical team. Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, style guides, and site maps to create a responsive UI and ensure optimal user experience. Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex design roadblocks. Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts to align user experience with business goals. Present and defend design concepts to peers and executive-level stakeholders. Conduct user research, evaluate feedback, and refine designs accordingly. Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and accessibility standards. Test and verify developed web pages for usability and accessibility, ensuring compliance with standards. Required Qualifications:
5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills. Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as
Axure RP and Adobe Figma . Strong experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Experience in HTML and CSS (including modern versions like HTML5, CSS3) for rapid prototyping. Ability to present design concepts effectively to various stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work directly with business teams to set expectations and manage priorities. Familiarity with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Experience working in an
Agile/Scrum development process . Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
(or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience maintaining and updating
Style Guides . Strong UX design skills with an understanding of usability and accessibility standards. Visual design skills are a plus but not required. Interview Process:
