What you will do: Design and implement marketing strategies and techniques to expand the company’s portfolio. Plan and execute marketing campaigns/activities, analyze results, and adjust plans accordingly. Test ideas and analyze results to make data-driven decisions and adjust the strategy. Work with BD/Sales and Marketing managers to achieve goals. Must haves: Experience as Director of Marketing or a similar role in IT Marketing/Business development/B2B markets at a digital marketing agency or an outsourced software development company. Proven experience in leading outbound and inbound lead generation teams (10+ people). Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.). Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods. Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.). Excellent written and oral English. Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities. Nice to haves: Expertise in Fintech/Ecommerce/Analytics domain. Knowledge of principles of Account Based Marketing.
