The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator! We are looking to connect with service-oriented professionals to join our dynamic Marketing team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting content management, data analytics, and email marketing as an internal service provider.
Responsibilities:
Website Content Management
- Manage website updates which can include uploading PDFs, update text, links, videos, and creation of landing pages.
- Support for the AEM store as needed to update products, work with external vendor and manage requests from internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate teamwork & efficiencies across different functional areas.
Data Analytics
- Conduct and provide monthly email reporting, lead generation reporting, and final event reporting.
- Monitor website analytics & digital marketing campaigns on a weekly basis as well as provide ad-hoc reports.
Email & Digital Marketing
- Design and execute promotional emails & newsletters to generate brand awareness, registrations or leads.
- CRM database support.
- Digital Marketing research.
Requirements:
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, and be able to demonstrate:
- Strong background in web content management.
- Proficiency in coding (HTML, CSS), Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, content management systems, and email marketing automation.
- Experience with email and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, UX design, KPIs, conversions and digital landing pages.
- General understanding of Single Sign On (SSO).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide internal and external customer service and collaboration.
A candidate will stand out with these additional skills:
- Certification in Digital Marketing and/or Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with association or event marketing.
