The candidate will play a critical role in decision-making, requirements gathering, and aligning product requirements across cross-functional teams. It involves acting as a pivotal bridge to ensure understanding and planning for interdependencies, driving feature development, and establishing scalable processes for UX excellence. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with UX team for requirements gathering, resource allocation, and coordinating teams. Drive operational excellence to deliver high trust and execution levels. Ensure seamless collaboration and user-centered design processes. Align stakeholders and product requirements across cross-functional teams. Develop and implement scalable processes for UX team to deliver innovative solutions. Must-Have Skills: UX Expertise: Strong grasp of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles. Program Management Skills: Experience managing complex projects with Agile or other methodologies. Communication: Excellent skills in facilitation and stakeholder management. Preferred: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and project management software (e.g., JIRA). Industry Experience: Experience in technology or product development sectors is preferred.
