Job Summary:
As a Project Manager at Experience Scaled Ops team, you will be integral in maximizing the visual brand identity through managing and scaling operational programs. Your role involves detailed planning, coordinating resources, managing vendor relationships, and fostering team collaboration to ensure timely and quality project delivery within the dynamic, creative spectrum of design, photography, and video. You'll be pivotal in establishing, tracking, and improving processes for copy production and vetting, aiming to enhance connection with its growing community
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor detailed project plans, tracking scope and schedules for copy assets. Coordinate internal and external parties for seamless project execution. Establish and uphold processes for scope management, setting performance and quality benchmarks, and risk assessment. Manage integrated, multitrack project trackers for copy generation and refining. Lead project health evaluations, task delegation, and workflow monitoring using Salesforce and Airtable.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in operational program/project management. Advanced skills in Salesforce and Airtable. Proven ability to manage high-volume agency and vendor deliverables.
Industry Experience Required: Experience working in technology companies, particularly those with large-scale programs (hundreds of thousands to millions of users), is preferred. Knowledge in data labeling and/or content review is also valuable for this role.
