Director
Gibson is seeking a Marketing Director who has a track record of driving sales growth, and has sound knowledge of
brand/product development
combined with strong
managerial and administrative skills.
The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of brand and product strategies, working closely with our key licensors and other external partners to maximize sales opportunities. Cultivating good working relationships is key. The Marketing Director works with key partners and stakeholders including product managers, designers, sales management, and other in-house marketers to create compelling programs that resonate with our customers and end-users / consumers.
Marketing Director Responsibilities:
Manage the work process and priorities
of the assigned marketing projects and team members.
Oversee and manage the
product approval process with our licensors.
Promote
brand guidelines
and identities
to generate sales .
Use companies' data to
communicate sales and product performance matrices.
Monitor and manage the processes associated with the
new product introductions
ensuring compliance
with brand guidelines and the company's objectives.
In collaboration with the graphics department, ensure all
packaging and promotional materials
have the most relevant marketing content
Marketing Director Requirements
:
Los Angeles based, in-office M-F, office located 9 miles East of downtown Los Angeles
College degree in related field
Minimum 7 years of related Marketing experience
Computer proficiency required, MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Experienced public speaker with strong presentation skills
