Elite Management is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) offering community association services to homeowner and condominium associations. Our experienced staff, modern technology tools, and service options allow us to distinguish our company from others in the marketplace. We believe it is important to build a solid relationship with each community. The foundation of this relationship is to assist the Board of Directors and owners in meeting both short- and long-term goals for their association.
Established in 2009, Elite Management recognizes that we must also assist each association in containing cost, raising property values, and reducing the time commitment of community volunteers. Working closely with the Board of Directors, we help map strategies that keep everything on track, while assisting in measuring progress towards each goal.

Job Description
Essential Functions
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs and Sheets
- Communicate effectively in person or by using telecommunications with our clients and fellow co-workers and generally enjoy working with a diverse clientele
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change.
- Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Respond to emails, phone calls or other written correspondence within a 48-hour turnaround time
- Conduct and attend BOD annual and special meetings as required
- Create and input Association budgets
- Obtain and negotiate vendor contracts
- Ability to review interpret and ensure compliance with HOA documentation
- Ability to review, interpret and answer questions on Financial Documents
- Document all communications
- Ability to research and obtain information to resolve Association needs
- Conduct follow up on specific requests
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust to change
- Retain and recall a large amount of detailed information
- Move quickly and efficiently through assigned workloads
- General understanding of HOA documents helpful
Education and Training:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
- Adapts to changing work demands.
- Stays focused on own work when faced with challenges and/or difficulties.
- Stays open to and learns from feedback.
The following physical activities are necessary to perform one or more of the essential functions of this position.
- Moves, lifts, carries supplies weighing less than 20 pounds without assistance.
- Creates documents, reports, etc. using a writing instrument or computer.
- Ability to enter and locate information on a computer.
- Visually verifies and/or reads information.
- Sits for an extended period of time.
- Must be physically present in the office as the needs of the business dictates.
