The Opportunity:
The Entry-Level Videographer will play an important role in helping us connect with and empower more women to look and feel their best while building trust and rapport and enhancing Dr. Fan’s reputation as one of the world’s best plastic surgeons. You will be directly responsible for filming videos and photo footage for social media, marketing, and patient education. Responsibilities: • Create and film short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing, patient education, and other corporate projects. • Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards. • Operate camera, lighting equipment, and audio equipment during shoots. (Basic equipment supplied, but bonus if you have additional equipment). • Manage and organize video and photo files and storage. • Assist in pre- and post-production tasks. • Work with a video editor to produce visually appealing, effective, and engaging long-form and short-form videos. Qualifications: • Knowledge and competency in basic videography skills including camera operation, lighting techniques, audio recording, storyboarding, shot composition and framing, and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting • A hunger and desire to learn and gain experience • Strong professionalism, work ethic, teamwork, and customer service • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Reliability and punctuality • Attention to detail • An adaptable, flexible, positive “can do” attitude • An interest in aesthetics, beauty, and plastic surgery (if you are squeamish about being in the operating room, this is not the position for you) • An interest in social media trends, algorithms, and best practices • Experience

required, but a plus Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
