Location: Mettawa, IL Job Type: Contract, 20 hours per week Compensation Range: $44.88 - 46.88 per hour We are seeking an Email Producer to join our growing Performance Marketing team and facilitate email marketing operations for the division. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence and communication skills with email subject matter expertise to drive business results. This person will partner with marketing leaders to implement lead funnel programs and membership communications through email, using a consultative approach to maximize performance. Hybrid Schedule - Tuesday, Thursday. In Office - Mettawa, IL only. Responsibilities: Support daily email marketing operations, content development, adherence to best practices, build & production, QA testing, audience segmentation, list hygiene, and email calendar coordination. Assist with audience segmentation, stakeholder communication, and feedback collection for targeting requirements. Manage automated and triggered email campaigns, ensuring operational accuracy and transparency. Execute in-market email strategies, focusing on lead generation, consumer engagement, retention, and conversion. Oversee development, deployment, and performance reporting of email campaigns, optimizing as needed. Collaborate with creative, digital, and MarTech teams on content strategies. Maintain documentation, processes, and governance as a subject matter expert. Manage consumer marketing lists and segmentation strategies to meet business needs. Coordinate with MarTech team on automation workflows and troubleshoot issues. Generate and maintain email lists, reports, dashboards, and monitor KPIs. Handle technical issues and optimize email deliverability and list health. Qualifications: Experience with Marketo and Knack. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with an ESP. Detail-oriented with strong QA skills. Self-directed with good project management skills. Experience working with stakeholders and senior management. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in email automation and project management. Skills: Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, laws, and data compliance. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Preferred: Marine, dealership, or franchise experience.
