We're looking to connect with SMEs who bring deep technical knowledge and strategic insight into telecom systems, spectrum management, and network modernization. What You Might Work On Advising federal clients on telecommunications strategy, architecture, and modernization Supporting spectrum policy, emergency communications, and interoperability initiatives Evaluating and recommending telecom technologies (e.g., 5G, VoIP, satellite, fiber) Developing technical documentation, white papers, and policy recommendations Collaborating with engineers, program managers, and federal stakeholders What We Look For Deep expertise in telecommunications systems, infrastructure, and policy Experience supporting federal agencies such as DHS, NTIA, DoD, or FCC Familiarity with telecom standards, spectrum management, and network security Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Certifications such as Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE), Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or PMP US Citizenship or permanent residency required Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or other cleared federal environments is highly valued; active security clearance is a plus but not required.
