The Opportunity:
Allied Sports is seeking an organized and versatile candidate to join our Partnership Solutions team. Reporting to our Vice President of Creative Services, this Director of Creative Operations will act as a pivotal link between our creative function (design and content creation) and other business units including our Brand, Hospitality, Experience, Talent, and Properties teams. The role will combine creative operations and project management expertise to establish a center of excellence for how Allied Sports efficiently receives, tracks, and delivers creative requests in a high-quality and timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement streamlined processes that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability within the creative services team
- Lead project lifecycle management, from brief intake to final delivery, with a focus on setting project timelines with prioritization and milestones for effective planning and execution
- Create and communicate detailed creative briefs that outline project goals and desired outcomes
- Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to maintain financial efficiency and ensure projects stay within budget parameters
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, as necessary, to support creative projects (design and content creation)
- Implement quality control checks to ensure creative work meets client brand guidelines and standards
- Track key metrics to assess creative operations' effectiveness and identify improvement areas
- Continuously monitor industry trends and provide insights to improve the agency's creative output, contributing to the Company’s growth in a dynamic and evolving environment
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in creative operations, managing complex creative projects from initiation to completion, preferably within a sports sponsorship/marketing or experiential agency setting
- Deep understanding of design and content creation across various platforms and mediums
- Ability to analyze workflows and identify areas for optimization
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management software and creative tools to enhance operational capabilities
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
Considerations:
- Base salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually
- This represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility.
