This position is based in our Middleton headquarters that offers collaborative workspaces and break areas, a fitness center, an at-cost deli, and health and wellness professionals and programs.
Representative Responsibilities: • Able to translate verbal or written communication into high-quality designs that meet specification, brand guidelines and project requirements. • Works closely with the MarCom team to produce visual content for web design, publications, social media, emails, print material, events, etc • Be familiar with pre-press requirements and liaise with print vendors to ensure accurate print production. • Assist with photo shoots for print and digital applications. • Manage and prioritize multiple projects with a sense of urgency across print and digital mediums • Stay up to date with the latest creative marketing trends and insights across all media forms. • Performs other duties as assigned • Completes special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade & level TBD based on education and experience • Associate's degree in graphic design with 2-4 years of previous job-related experience • Experience with animation, video editing, or 3D modeling software is beneficial • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and Acrobat • Knowledge of graphic standards and brand identity development across multiple media • Comfortable working independently and in team settings, with the ability to take constructive feedback • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills • High degree of creativity • Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
