Job Summary
Cheddar is looking for a hardworking, strategic & paid social media specialist to distribute our content. This entails distribution across our main social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & TikTok), using audience targeting tactics and optimizations. You will focus on driving reach & engagement for both our Cheddar growth initiatives along with branded programs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely and aid the Paid Social Manager.
- Create, monitor and optimize paid social acquisition campaigns across our primary social channels.
- Partner with marketing, growth, and client services to identify and manage campaigns towards program goals.
- Manage and execute co-branded campaigns that ladder up to overall client goals.
- Grow audiences using strategic paid tactics.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics - weekly and monthly reporting.
- Create insights and recommendations to help inform content / programming / channel.
- Maintain benchmarks, best practice guidelines, and communications to educate tangential teams.
- Identify opportunities to test and learn to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in paid social process, planning, campaign setup, optimization & reporting.
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics platform.
- Experience with the major social platforms, ad networks, or DSPs.
- Passionate about data and trending, understanding the quantitative process for performance marketing analysis.
- Strong communication style allowing for strong relationships with teams and partners. Ability to effectively communicate progress, issues and resolutions to various business units.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
