Our client, an award-winning boutique PR agency in Ft. Lauderdale, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team full-time! This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days onsite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the development and execution of social media strategies on behalf of agency client

- Create high-quality, on-brand content (graphics, photos, video, and copy), providing creative direction and feedback to internal teams or vendors

- Manage and optimize content calendars, ensuring strategic alignment, consistency, and performance across all channels

- Monitor analytics and platform trends to inform strategy, guide content decisions, and improve engagement and reach

- Identify, secure, and manage influencer and brand partnerships that align with campaign objectives

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to integrate social media into broader marketing and communications plans

- Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal and external teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 3+ years of professional social media experience, with a focus on strategy and campaign execution; experience in retail, F&B, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors preferred

- Proven ability to lead and scale organic and paid social campaigns that drive measurable results

- Proficient in using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social advertising tools

- Strong skills in content strategy, performance reporting, and interpreting data to inform decision-making

- Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and short-form video editing platforms

- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and how to tailor messaging and creative for each

- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to be client-facing

- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
