The Role
The Retail Media team develops industry-leading strategies, optimizations, and measurement of the retail media landscape. As an Audience Activation Manager, your goal will be to drive the impact of retail media advertising on enterprise marketing return, demonstrating strong critical thinking and retail media expertise.
Responsibilities
- Client relationship management: Manage and grow relationships with key clients, define program objectives, and develop communication strategies.
- Media management & execution: Support campaign planning and execution across channels like CTV, OLV, and Display, and manage partnerships with networks like Amazon, Walmart, and technology providers such as The Trade Desk and Google Ads.
- Team leadership: Lead and develop team members, support staffing strategies, and foster a culture of open communication.
- Strategy & thought leadership: Evolve retail media practices, develop multi-channel strategies, and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Skills & Requirements
- 6+ years of media experience, with programmatic buying expertise, especially with Amazon.
- Proficiency with retail media technologies and tools such as Amazon Advertising, The Trade Desk, and others.
- Experience managing external partners and leading teams.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $79,000 to $132,000, inclusive of a 20% bonus. We offer comprehensive benefits, a collaborative culture, and amenities such as flexible vacation, 401k match, health insurance, and more.
