Self Service Campaign and Creative Manager, Amazon Advertising The Self Service Campaign and Creative Manager enables self-service advertising customer success with creatives through dedicated engagement and support. They handle ambiguous situations, such as fielding questions outside their expertise, and manage tight turnarounds when budgets are at risk. Key job responsibilities Own the end-to-end workflow from engaging with advertising customers to delivering workshops, supporting creative pre-QA, moderation, ad policy appeals, and providing creative guidance. Capture advertiser needs, research policies and resources, assemble information, identify next steps, and execute to ensure timely approval of creatives. Manage cross-functional relationships across advertising customers, account teams, moderation, policy, and design, requiring effective communication. A day in the life Collaborate with advertisers to resolve moderation issues and educate creative teams, ensuring campaign success through partner referrals or direct engagement. Develop onboarding workshops for new brands and conduct specialized training sessions. Participate in process improvements and projects as needed. About the team This role supports various categories/verticals, working with advertisers, account teams, moderation, support, and design to ensure flawless campaign delivery. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a corporate environment 1+ years in digital media, marketing, or programmatic advertising, with expertise in ad specifications and technologies Experience analyzing data to assess performance Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience Intermediate written and oral communication skills in Portuguese PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Experience managing projects in fast-paced environments Cross-functional collaboration experience Adaptability and quick learning of new tools and processes Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible Experience with MS Office, Photoshop, HTML5, Rich Media, Salesforce We promote an inclusive culture.
