Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative, eye-catching packaging for various products.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand goals.
- Work with suppliers to select materials and ensure production feasibility.
- Create mock-ups and prototypes for presentations and retail approval.
- Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and sustainability standards.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on packaging trends and competitive products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in packaging design, preferably for e-commerce or retail products.
- Strong understanding of branding, materials, and production processes.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Excellent creative, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, or a related field is preferred.
