Senior Financial Analyst, Marketing ZBB
will serve as a business partner to the NA Marketing organization, providing support on budget tracking, spend execution and financial reporting routines. What’s on the menu? Collaborate with North America Marketing teams and various functions to ensure timely execution of marketing spend and compliance with KHC policies Partner with the Media Strategy team and external media agencies to maintain media buy routines and finance controls within the media planning system MediaTools Assist with the preparation of North America Media & OMNI channel marketing forecast submissions with input from BU Marketing, BU Finance and customer teams Maintain financial reporting deliverables used to support monthly business reviews, populate dashboards and analytical models that track performance Drive process improvement to enhance visibility of data required by FP&A teams and other stakeholders Support the Sr. Manager with ad-hoc data analysis to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you! Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting required Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint -- paired with analytical curiosity Experience with SAP, Tableau and Power BI a plus Detail-oriented with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and influence others Quick learner and operates with a sense of urgency New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00 Bonus:
