Position overview: You’re a social-first marketer with a strategic mind and cultural radar always on. You don’t just keep up, you see what’s coming and know how to make a brand show up in the right way, at the right moment, with the right people. You know how to drive relevance, not just reach. As Social Media Supervisor, you’ll lead strategy and execution across paid and organic, owning day-to-day channel management while also steering the big-picture vision for our clients. You’ll be the social media go-to point person for clients, trusted to connect creativity with performance, and platform behavior with business impact. Responsibilities: Lead the development and hands-on execution of social media campaigns — from content planning and publishing to reporting and optimization. Identify emerging trends, formats, and platform innovations early, and translate them into actionable strategies that keep clients ahead of the curve. Build and scale influencer and ambassador programs, leveraging creators to drive storytelling, reach, and trust. Manage social strategy and content workflows across platforms, ensuring brand voice and goals show up natively and consistently. Analyze performance metrics and turn insights into sharp optimizations, new opportunities, and clear reporting for clients. Collaborate across strategy, account, creative, PR, performance marketing, and media to ensure social ideas are integrated, on-brand, and ladder up to broader campaign goals. Partner with PR team to amplify earned media with smart social distribution and paid support. Contribute to new business pitches and organic growth opportunities, positioning social as a core driver of brand relevance and ROI. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in social media marketing. Agency background preferred — with a portfolio of work that shows social thinking across formats, channels, and verticals. Experience in both B2B and B2C environments, with a knack for shifting tone, voice, and tactics to meet audience needs. Proven success managing paid social campaigns and budgets to drive measurable ROI — with deep platform knowledge across Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and beyond. Comfortable running the day-to-day — scheduling posts, jumping into community management, tweaking paid campaigns — when needed. Fluent in analytics and performance reporting, with the ability to distill insights into action for clients and teams. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching.
