We are looking for an innovative and strategic marketing professional to develop and execute our marketing programs and maintain our strong brand presence in the Pacific Northwest landscape construction industry.
The Marketing Specialist will protect, maintain and successfully communicate our company brand across all internal and external marketing programs. This position will develop the annual marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and plan the key marketing to support it, ensuring alignment with our company’s values. The Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for developing a strategic, robust social media marketing program while managing the sponsorship opportunities available to us through various professional associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protects the existing, clearly defined Nussbaum Group brand and works tirelessly to ensure that it is passionately and accurately represented in all marketing programs and graphics, both internally and externally.
- Develops the annual marketing strategy, including determining the tactical plan and the key marketing programs to support it.
- Develops and maintains a strategic and targeted social media marketing program, including content development and account management of Nussbaum Group presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develops programs and opportunities to maintain our strong relationship with our key industry partner, the Washington Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (WALSA).
- Manages our sponsorship of the annual WASLA Conference including planning and executing our presence on the trade show floor.
- Supports Construction and Maintenance Project Managers as they manage our post-mortem process to ensure we are delivering on our brand and building a bank of client testimonials that can be used for business development purposes.
- Responsible for the set-up and management of professional photoshoots of our high-end residential landscapes. This will involve communications with our affluent Clients, photographers, and industry partners, and may involve NDAs.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Smartsheet is a plus.
- Must possess the ability to be flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and pivot between projects.
- Knowledge of the landscape construction and maintenance industry is a plus.
- $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
