Salary: $10,000.00 Full-Time
Our company is looking for elite Sales Executives to help build an important new sales team focusing on the multifamily rentals industry. We expect these leaders to be highly respected brand ambassadors as well as high performance sales executives. Sales Executives will achieve superior results by exercising a systematic sales approach which consistently grows partnerships in their region.
Description:
- Acquire new Multifamily partnerships and upsell existing partners to exceed revenue goals.
- Attend multifamily conferences, association meetings, tradeshows, property management companies, and individual properties to lead presentations, with intent to increase multifamily partnerships, revenue and exposure to our Rental Network.
- Travel weekly with the expectation of doing in person meetings whenever possible or practical. Setting individual appointments, group meetings, and focusing on building our rental brand with a highly visible approach.
- Serve a region striving to build a more personal relationship through the phone, email, but consistently trying to win business through a handshake.
- Maintain the best interest of the company, its advertisers, and our partners at all times.
Metrics:
- Daily prospecting phone calls, emails.
- Face to face meetings obtained
- Conversion of completed appointments
- Logged activity
- Monthly sales targets
Desired Traits:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience
- Experience working in the multifamily industry or in a business operating a regionally based sales team
- Strong understanding of SalesForce.com or an online CRM system
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication skills (oral/written)
- Experience with persuasive public speaking and leading/directing an audience of large and small scale
- Disciplined, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical-thinking skills
- Respectful to coworkers and conducts himself/herself in work-settings in a manner that is consistent with our company
