At DEIF, we are currently looking for a full-time Regional Marketing Manager based in Ft. Lauderdale and supporting the entire Americas region (Mainly USA, Mexico and Brazil). About The Job The Regional Marketing Manager will report directly to the Americas VP, and dotted line to the Global Head of Marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust marketing plan, focused on regional business growth, brand awareness and in full alignment with the sales strategy. This role requires excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will be proactive and self-driven, with a strategic mindset and able to work with stakeholders at all levels and across various teams. Working Tasks and Responsibilities Developing and effectively executing the regional marketing plan in alignment with global marketing strategies and business objectives. Working closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies support commercial goals. Managing and creating social media posts and overseeing direct mail campaigns, tailored for the regional audience while maintaining brand consistency and engagement. Coordinating the development of case studies, gathering insights from internal teams and customers. Planning and managing regional exhibitions, trade shows and events to maximize brand visibility and lead generation. Tracking and analyzing the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights. Preparing regular reports on key performance metrics, campaign ROI, and recommendations for optimization. Managing regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI on marketing spend. Ensuring alignment with the global marketing team and maintaining brand consistency and best practice sharing. Supporting lead generation efforts by aligning marketing activities with sales objectives. Conducting market research to understand regional customer needs and competitive landscape. Championing brand positioning and messaging within the region. Staying updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including regional roles supporting various countries. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience with omni-channel marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in event planning. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global organization. At DEIF, we are Winning Together!
