The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and scaling loyalty programs, crafting brand guidelines, and executing go-to-market strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of our subscriber base, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Key Responsibilities:Loyalty Program Development & Management:Program Development:
Develop and scale loyalty programs for US and global markets.Perks Strategy:
Design and implement strategies to enhance subscriber engagement and retention.Brand Guidelines:
Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.Offer Strategy:
Use research and analytics to develop holistic offer strategies and manage the partnership roadmap.Global Support:
Adapt and implement global loyalty programs to meet diverse market needs.Marketing Strategy & Execution:Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies for new loyalty initiatives.Messaging & Positioning:
Craft compelling messaging and positioning for the loyalty program.Product Collaboration:
Collaborate with the product team on briefs and requirements to integrate loyalty features.Subscriber Insights:
Analyze subscriber data and competitive intelligence to drive marketing and product strategies.Voice of Subscriber:
Utilize Voice of Subscriber channels to refine marketing and product strategies.Basic Qualifications:Product Marketing:
Proven experience in product marketing with a focus on loyalty programs.Strategic Development:
Ability to develop and scale loyalty programs with attention to detail.Brand Development:
Experience in creating brand guidelines and frameworks.Go-to-Market Expertise:
Success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to synthesize insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence.Collaboration:
Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams.Research & Analytics:
Proficiency in leveraging research and analytics for strategic decisions.Preferred Qualifications:Loyalty Experience:
Strong experience in loyalty program management.Global Experience:
Experience in scaling global loyalty programs.Subscriber Engagement:
Deep understanding of subscriber engagement strategies.Partnership Management:
Experience managing partnerships and developing strategic roadmaps.Voice of Subscriber Channels:
Familiarity with Voice of Subscriber channels and feedback methodologies.Education:Required:
BA/BSPreferred:
