Job Title: Global Marketing Manager Location: Nashua, NH or Etters, PA Job Summary Amphenol High Speed Products Group (AHSPG), a leader in high-speed interconnect technology, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Global Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our global markets. Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing within Amphenol Communications Solutions, the successful candidate will possess a strong technical background—ideally an engineering degree—or significant experience marketing technical products to engineers. The role requires an individual who is adept at multitasking, managing multiple projects, and collaborating effectively across global teams. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support AHSPG’s objectives, focusing on growth within the high-speed interconnects market. Project Management : Oversee and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with global marketing teams and product managers to execute campaigns, identify market trends, and prioritize initiatives across multiple regions. Market Analysis : Conduct competitive and market analysis to support product positioning, value propositions, and messaging. Identify opportunities for growth and new applications for high-speed interconnect products. Content Development : Work closely with content teams to generate technical marketing content, including white papers, case studies, product guides, and webinars, targeted toward engineers and technical buyers. Brand Management : Ensure consistency of the Amphenol High Speed Products brand across all channels, from digital platforms to trade shows and print collateral. Performance Tracking & Reporting : Set metrics, analyze performance data, and report on marketing activities to optimize campaigns and strategies. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent experience in marketing technical products to engineering professionals. Experience : 5 years in a marketing role, preferably in B2B technical or engineering-focused products. Skills : Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions, interpret data, and make informed recommendations. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, with an understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with global teams and creating technical marketing content.
