- Logistics Support: Assist with event logistics, including setting up materials, managing schedules, and overseeing event operations
- Post-Event Reporting & Analytics: Track event outcomes and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and the public
- Creativity & Initiative: Proactive in contributing fresh ideas and supporting event planning and PR campaigns with innovative approaches

- Entry-Level Experience: No prior experience required! However, a background in marketing, public relations, communications, or event planning is a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- No prior experience is required—training will be provided
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. A degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events
