Role Overview: As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize our marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to ensure our strategies are backed by data and continuously improved for maximum impact.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to evaluate campaign performance
- Develop and maintain regular marketing reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes
- Work closely with the marketing team to make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, email, social media)
- Provide insights on customer behavior, segment performance, and campaign ROI
- Assist in A/B testing, campaign forecasting, and budget allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing initiatives based on analytical findings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
