What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Leverage data mining and coding techniques to extract and prepare data for business insights Develop findings on marketing and customer outcomes, balancing mathematical precision with business intuition Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and customer experience programs Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to streamline and manage customer behavior and marketing outcome data Act independently on new or special assignments to determine methodologies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in business, business analytics, data mining, statistics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics Proficiency in data analysis programming and visualization tools such as SQL, MySQL, SAS, Power BI, and Advanced Excel Strong statistical, analytical, and critical thinking skills Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): 3+ years of experience in marketing, insurance, or customer analytics Experience with multivariate statistical analysis, including regression analysis and decision trees Familiarity with additional analytic tools and platforms such as Snowflake and DataRobot Excellent communication skills with diverse backgrounds Active participation in company culture initiatives such as employee resource groups
