POSITION SUMMARY We seek a talented, organized, and dedicated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you help design and create print and digital marketing materials. Candidates should be familiar with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other graphic design applications. This entry-level role reports to our Creative Director/Head Graphic Designer. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design digital images or other types of marketing materials Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions. Produce consistent and high-quality design work. Effectively communicate and convey the desired messaging through various deliverables, including print publications, digital ads, marketing and sales collateral, and flyers. Collaborate closely with creative and dynamic sales and marketing team members to create campaigns and communicate our brand identity effectively. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education: Must have a degree relating to graphic design or working towards one. Experience and Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign. Excellent organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and deadline-driven. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Creative, innovative, committed, and a self-starter, demonstrating good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
