to lead its brand and marketing operations across the U.S. market.

role - not just about vision and strategy, but also about rolling up your sleeves and executing, while managing a network of external agencies and partners. Location:

Tri-State area (remote considered) Reports to:

CEO What you’ll do: Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies across both

retail and foodservice . Be the

brand champion , ensuring consistency and resonance across all channels. Manage and optimize performance of

external agencies

(PR, creative, content, digital). Oversee all trade marketing and digital marketing efforts—from

social media to trade shows . Leverage data, market trends, and consumer insights to continuously drive growth and engagement. Support sales through strategic initiatives and impactful brand presence. What we’re looking for: 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with significant time in CPG (food or beauty) with a strong focus on retail;

experience in foodservice is a plus, ideally within the plant-based or innovative food sectors. Strong background in

brand management, digital, and trade marketing . Track record of delivering

measurable growth

in a startup environment. Experience collaborating with and managing external partners and agencies. Analytical, adaptable, communicative—and fully at ease operating

independently

in a dynamic setting. Familiarity with

plant-based or innovative food
