Looking for a technical Writer who will be writing, updating, improving, and maintaining internal documentation about the internal software technology used to power conversational AI applications across Walmart. They will translate technical information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences and integrate graphics and illustrations to improve the quality and usability of the documentation. They will work with both data scientists and platform engineers to create documentation on the underlying technology.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience writing technical documentation on UI as well as platform
- how APIs and platforms work
- understanding GenAI tech
- Confluence
- Github
Location - Sunnyvale, CA (preferable) - In office 2x / week
