Meetings, Events & Trade Shows is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of internal and external meetings, events, and trade shows aligned with strategic business and brand objectives. What is expected of you for success in your role:
Demonstrates knowledge of trade show exhibition practices Strong organizational skills Ability to seamlessly juggle multiple priorities and activities in a deadline-driven environment Demonstrates professionalism, control, and confidence Team player but has the ability to work well independently Creativity Accountabilities in this role:
Assist Exhibit Center of Excellence team with logistical support for all industry trade shows including securing booth space, registering attendees, managing housing blocks, coordinating internal pre and post-show communications, and managing expenses. Lead management. Coordinate and maintain tradeshow calendar. Coordinate meetings as assigned. Administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field 2+ years work experience in a related field Proficient with MS Office programs and related marketing/communications technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in the health care industry a plus Great planning, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills necessary
