Apple Arcade is a family-friendly gaming service available on the App Store. Players can step into the shoes of their favorite sports stars in games like NFL Retro Bowl ‘25 or NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition, score the highest hand in the poker-inspired, deck-building sensation Balatro+, sneak around as a mischievous Sasquatch in Sneaky Sasquatch, or explore hundreds of other games — both new and old — from their favorite genres. We're looking for a Content Strategy Analyst to join the Apple Arcade team. In this role, you'll collaborate with our content acquisition team to discover the best games for our players. You’ll leverage data to help shape the content strategy for Apple Arcade and provide insights that assist developers in improving their games. Be a part of shaping the future of gaming at Apple.
Description
You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners. Your role will involve analyzing, collecting, and organizing large volumes of data to extract actionable insights that guide strategic decisions, such as identifying the types of games to pursue. You’ll create both recurring and ad-hoc reports to communicate key performance metrics for our content. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in regularly reviewing our game catalog to uncover new opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience across product management, business intelligence, strategy, and/or management consulting.
Outstanding quantitative skills, with high proficiency in Excel.
Bachelor’s degree of a quantitative nature (Finance, Statistics, Economics, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of and passion for mobile games, and a hunger to help define the future of gaming.
Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven ability to synthesize insights from data and industry sources and package those insights into persuasive, impactful proposals.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated expertise in building trust and influencing both internal and external relationships.
Collaborate with other cross-functional groups within Apple to define and create reporting and business intelligence tools, including data visualization tools.
MBA or advance degree.
Experience with Tableau and SQL.
Prior work experience in the game industry.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $173,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
