We’re on the hunt for an Associate Producer / Coordinator who’s ready to dive into the fast-paced world of entertainment marketing. If you’re a dynamic doer with a heart that beats for creating and producing digital projects, let’s talk!
Where You Fit In:
As our Associate Producer/Coordinator based in the heart of Burbank, you’ll be the wizard behind the curtain, keeping our creative haven running like clockwork. You’ll orchestrate the magic behind the scenes - from managing our theatrical, TV, streaming and social projects to participating in their creation.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):
- Collaboration: Directly assist two Creative Directors, contributing to every stage of a project, from brainstorming big ideas all the way through finishing. Work hand-in-hand with a tight-knit team of producers, editors, graphic artists, and more across a variety of blockbuster films to streaming hits and everything in between.
- Organization: Be the glue that holds the project together—making sure everything stays on track and everyone is in the loop, including:
- Maintaining existing workflow and file structure/organization
- Handle narration requests, music searches, research & competitive sets
- QC graphics and all exports in posting assets for clients
- Manage award submissions
- Assist in managing company website and social media channels, including keeping them fresh & innovative
- Creativity: Share your unique ideas and fresh perspective to push projects to new heights! Your ideas and input will help shape some of the most innovative teasers, trailers, TV and social assets around.
- Communication: Set up meetings, calls, and feedback sessions for Creative Directors with clients & the internal team - making sure everything runs like clockwork. Capture key insights during client calls and make sure no detail slips through the cracks.
- Pitch Deck Magician: Help craft exciting Social/Digital pitch decks with creative concepts, copy ideas, and killer references.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in a similar role at a creative agency, studio, or streaming service.
- Education: BS/BA degree preferred
- Transportation: Must have a valid drivers license and a car
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with paid overtime as needed
- Detail-Obsessed: You’re the person who remembers the little things, and your organizational skills are unmatched.
- Social Savvy: You live and breathe social platforms and know how to leverage them and the hottest trends for maximum impact.
- Communication Rockstar: You’re confident in speaking and working across multiple teams quickly and efficiently to keep projects moving as smoothly as possible.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen, and you’re always thinking a few steps ahead. You thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with an optimistic approach to work and life.
