The Tech Writer will follow this sequence for producing their written content described above:
Discovery
Initial Draft
Review / revisions
Approval from leadership
Revisions
Responsibilities:
Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology
Maintain records and files of work and revisions
Confer with client to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication
Experience:
Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: NO degree is required to be eligible for this role. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or english, journalism, communications helpful. This is a VERY technical position.
Disqualifiers: Candidates without AI experience will not be eligible for the role. Candidates with marketing/writing experience would not be qualified.
Best vs. Average: Experience with Tech Writing. Having Written content for engineering.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on how they meet deadlines and quality of work, team feedback.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.73 to $59.71 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
