About Us Arc Initiatives is a full-service political, digital, and public affairs consulting firm. Our team consists of experienced professionals ranging from the highest level of national politics, including six presidential campaigns, to grassroots advocacy work and critical state and local races. We are looking for a seasoned and passionate director to help our teams execute on social media strategy and content design. How You'll Make an Impact You will be an integral leader and collaborator with Arc Initiatives' client teams, leading content strategy and creative development services across multiple projects and multiple platforms to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for developing integrated and strategic social media content plans for clients across digital channels and managing and executing on content development for a number of platforms. You will work on creative design elements for clients including social media graphics, short-form video production, static digital ads, and basic webpage design and content management. You will support clients and client teams on internal and client facing document design including reports, one-pagers, proposals, and slide decks. You will support clients on video and audio editing. You will collaborate with Arc's marketing team to ensure social platforms and online presence and brand is consistent. You will be a member of the Arc management team where you will contribute to the firm's business development and professional growth. You will participate in business development by pursuing new business opportunities, designing new business proposals and participating in new business presentations and conversations. Qualifications You have 6+ years of experience working in digital content and design, preferably with 3+ years spent working directly with electoral or advocacy campaigns. You have technical experience in the following areas: WordPress / Website Management Builders & Tools Adobe Creative Suite Video and audio editing Email Marketing Tools Social Media platforms You are passionate about progressive causes and campaigns. You bring insights and expertise about engaging constituencies online developed from experience working on an electoral campaign, public affairs or digital strategy firm, advocacy organization, or related industry. You have 6+ years of relevant professional experience that reflects an increase in management responsibilities and leadership capacity. You demonstrate flexibility to accommodate change and thrive amid ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment. You have the ability to direct and coordinate multiple projects in a collaborative way. The Details Salary Range: $90,000-125,000, depending on experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 80% Employer Paid Disability Insurance - 100% Employer Paid Combined 20 Days of PTO and Medical Paid Family Leave Eligibility for 401k benefits with up to 4% matching contributions Up to $150/mo cell phone reimbursement Commuter and Telework Benefits In addition to base salary and benefits, the position is eligible for additional types of compensation, including bonuses and commissions.
