As our Organic Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative across all our owned channels, emphasizing Instagram, TikTok, and our blog.What you'll doContent CreationOwn the planning and execution of a monthly organic content calendar to support key brand priorities: launches, product updates, urgent health alerts, health education, viral/ cultural moments, and general community buildingBrief and collaborate with the clinical team to create engaging videos for blogs and social media.Create visually appealing and on-brand content assets for distribution across channelsSupport on the creation of long-form content, including blog posts, downloadable PDFs, guides, and programming to drive traffic to our website and value for our audienceSocial Media StrategyDevelop unique strategies for our owned social channels with an emphasis on Instagram and TiktokMonitor and manage our social media channels, respond to comments + messages across platforms, direct inquiries to the appropriate teams, engage users + creators who are sharing about our platformWork with partners to lead influencer marketing strategy, manage relationships with existing creators, and onboard new creatorsPrepare regular reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations for improvementCollaborate with the marketing team to support brand campaigns and partnerships and own the coordination of giveaways and other initiatives with like-minded partnersQualifications3+ years experience in organic marketing, social media, or other related roles, with an added bonus of previous experience at a company serving parentsStrong graphic design and video editing skills, plus the ability to create, shoot, and edit videos and design engaging graphics.Hands-on experience with content creation and a proven track record of growing a brand's social media presenceExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for storytelling and brand voiceStrong understanding of social media platforms and emerging trendsFamiliarity with project management tools for content creation and planning (Canva, Figma, etc)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving prioritiesPassion for supporting families and improving healthcareStartup experience is a plusWARNING: Please be careful about potential scam emails and only trust emails from our domainWe've got you coveredCompetitive base salary.
